I don't have the exact details in writing concerning the Rebuilt Title, but what I was told when I purchased it was that the truck was confiscated by the local authorities because of some kind of trouble the owner was in. When the owner could not get out of trouble, the truck was put up for auction and the title rebuilt due to the legal action. I am selling the truck because I am working on another project.
