I bought this car from Copart last year in non-running condition. The title clearly states NOT ACTUAL MILES and, while the odometer reads roughly 25,350 miles, these are not actual miles. After I purchased the car, I discovered that the engine was blown (there was a hole in the block) and there was no key for the car.
