Vehicle Details 2010 Wheego Whip, rare all electric car! Only 300 ever made and beyond cute!! Great commuter. Low speed vehicle, top speed is about 30 mph, but can be re-programmed as medium speed vehicle which would take it up to 45 mph. This car is complete and running. Minor scratches/scuffs here and there, but no dents. Interior is very nice except for cracks in dash pan. Passenger door window motor makes noise but doesn't work well, although you can "help" the window go up and down. Drivers...
