1993 Mitsubishi Mini Kei Truck I have owned several of these JDM mini kei trucks imported from Japan. This one is by far the best one I have had. There is a grading scale for these kei trucks and this truck has one of the best ratings. The best part is this truck is fully street legal and comes with a clean PA title.
