This is a 1935 Ford Phaeton. It was supposedly a ex military car for the Rock Island Arsenal. I purchased it from a Classic Car dealer in MA. I believe it sat in a museum for some time. I just don't have the time to give it the attention it needs so selling at NO RESERVE! The sheetmetal is all very solid and the top appears nice (I have not tried to lower it).
