I brought this car out of the weeds and got it running and driving. I am a former VW mechanic and performed the following work: brake master cylinder, all 4 wheel cylinders, all 4 wheel brake shoes, all rubber brake lines, replaced rusted steel brake lines, gas tank replaced, rebuilt carb,and cleaned the pedal cluster.
