This is a 1999 GMC Suburban. It runs and drives great. The Vortec engine idles very smoothly. The radio and CD player work. The cruise control, lights and power windows work. The tow hitch is either Class 3 or Class 4, I can't tell for sure which but it is rated 5,000/10,000 on the sticker.
