This 1928 Studebaker was saved from the southwest USA desert in 1999 and underwent a frame off restoration over the course of the next several years. At that time the original engine was rebuilt and mated with a volvo transmission (to give it another gear), wiring updated to 12v, electric fuel pump added, generator swapped out with an alternator, and interior redone with new gauges.
