This auction is for a 1965 Mercedes 230SL. It does not have an engine or transmission, and I'm not sure what happened to the original engine. It belonged to my uncle, and he had a small block Chevy 350 in it. And apparently he'd take it to a drag strip in Southern California and won quite a few races.
