Sebring sedan in great condition in and out. No major accidents and clear title in hand. Only problems are engine as described earlier. Mechanics assessment is Valve, timing chain slapping against water pump, or a connecting rod. This assessment is based on mechanics listening to engine. Best situation is you have a good engine and a wrecked body and you are able to swap out the engine to restore this Chrysler styled classic. Wheels are all good, and tires are about half worn....
