My son and I purchased this Scout from the original owner about 4 years ago and have rebuilt most of it. It does need the cosmetic body work, but is very sound mechanical. I have more in it than I am asking. It is a very good mechanical runner. These is what we did to it. It has five brand new (4 new and a spare) rims and tires (33"), which sits on a rough country lift kit and lift shackles, with new bushings.
