Up for grabs is this 1978 IH Scout SSII. This one-of-a-kind truck went through an extensive 2 years frame-off restoration completed in 2010. Every single bolt was removed and replaced during said restoration. The SSII was a special performance package offered on Scout IIs from '77 up to '79.
