I got this car in a trade and I had intentions of building it myself, but lack of time and storage is forcing me to give it up. This car was stripped (likely to bare steel and sandblasted from the look of it,) and epoxy primed. There's no rust coming through the primer, making me think it was some pretty good quality high build epoxy. It's very complete down to the 16" artillery wheels.
