Here we have a Beautiful fully restored 1953 International Harvester R-120 (3/4 t) Tow truck model, 4 speed manual, that has been converted to 12 volt electrical system. This has the original silver diamond six which as been overhauled and runs perfectly. The rear end is from a more modern Ford Ambulance (very heavy duty) with disc brakes, and there is a Bendix brake booster installed.
