1960 International Harvester Pickup Truck Model B-102 VIN No. B-102-SB-116194-A Short Step Side Bed Rare factory 4-Wheel Drive - 4 Speed Manual Transmission Condition: The Body is in poor condition (Dents and rust) - Hood and left front fender is usuable, right front fender is dented pretty bad. Rear fenders might possibly be used. The sides of the bed are pretty good. Cab and doors are in poor condition At first I thought the engine may be seized, but now I'm not sure.
