1940 Ford is such a legendary car and with so many hot rods made too, it gets harder to find an example with a great story. This 40 though has been somewhat of a time capsule! The Ford was restored in the late 80's and essentially parked after being restored in a dry California garage. It sat and sat, being started often, but rarely moving.
