Clean California title on hand. Yes car rolls fine. Project car never road tested since rat roded with 1947 Cadillac running gear all the way around. Cadillac Flathead V8, hydramatic automatic transmission. Rear-end, front brakes and master cylinder and gas pedal, Steering column all of 1947 cadillac.
