Where else can you find a good used car with only 5,000 miles on it for under $3000? Nice 1975 Sebring-Vanguard Citicar. This is the 48-volt SV48 model- the more powerful one. The color is red and black, shines real nice, the body has the usual cracks around the stress points, but overall very presentable.
