2002 Mitsubishi Lancer Oz Rally for sale. Please read entire ad if interested. I'll get right to the cons. The car is not inspected. Car has a clean title but is basically salvage. Was in an accident in 2015. Passenger quarter panel was destroyed. I covered it up with a very poor bondo job.
