Update Note - 04.29.2015:As mentioned below, the driver's seat subframe was replaced with a stronger, aftermarket steel frame (when the factory frame broke). Yesterday, I noticed that a couple of the nuts/bolts had become a bit loose, allowing the seat to lean slightly. So I took the seat out, tightened everything and put it back in.
