I have for sale a 2003 Ford F350 extended cab 4x4 diesel dually truck. This truck has a 6.0L diesel engine and an automatic transmission. When I bought this truck, I put about 200 miles on it to drive it home and it ran fine, but I could not get it to go over 45-50 mph. I took it to the shop and paid a little over $3800 for work done to it. They put a new HPOP, oil cooler, some sensors, a delete kit and a tuner in it. It runs great now.
