This is a 1992 2.5 NA Diesel Nardo grey soft top VIN NUMBER SALLDVAC7JA913251 Like many Land Rovers the chassis was starting to show its age so we have carried out a frame off restoration on this Defender. Even though it would have been far easier and cheaper to replace the chassis with a galvanised chassis we decided not to as it is a matching chassis/Vin number/ original engine vehicle.
