1968 Cutlass S 2dr coupe for sale. Clear title and registered in California thru 2015. Car is being sold as NOT running, it was running well, but now the battery drains eventually and it cuts off. It maybe a short somewhere because the the battery is not being charged. I have replaced the alternator and voltage regulator twice, issue remains. I like the car but I am not a mechanic and can't afford nor want to spend the time on a classic at this time, the maintenance, repairs, extra parking spot....
