This corvette is in excellent condition and yes it has less than 61000 miles. The body has no damage. The frame is beautiful with no rust . I would replace the top and door panels if I were to keep it as previous owner modified door panels for a remote mirror and I put it back to stock mirrors. Also the top is just 42 years old.
