1969 Chevrolet Corvette with 1973 front clip with cowl hood. Car is an early 1980's hot rod, the car vin and engine block match but car has parts from a different year Corvette The car runs and drives all the lights work except the brake lights don't work at times, I think it might be a ground issue.
