I've owned this fun and amazing vehicle for the past 10 years. 1966 Corvette 427 425HP Roadster Yellow/Black(original color). It retains it's original rear end, transmission, and big block square port heads, however the original 427 block was replaced some time before I purchased the car. In place is the 65/66 3855962 HI PERF 396 bored to 427. That casting, according to "Chevrolet By The Numbers", is the same casting used in the early 66 427's.
