Non running but motor turns easily by hand.Previous owner disassembled the front components of the engine to change the timing belt but never completed the maintenance. All the components are included. Some bolts may be missing. The parts were in the front seat when I got the car. The lower valance was damaged and removed as well as the bumper guards as pictured.
