1965 Oldsmobile 442 Holiday Coupe, 400 engine, 4 speed, 3.55 Posi-Traction rear. Oldsmobile did not stamp the vin on the engines until 1968 and I don't have the Protect-o-plate but this is almost certainly the original engine and transmission. The block was cast on June 15, 1965, the Muncie M-21 4 speed transmission was built on July 21st, and the car was built the 4th week of July, 1965.
