My brother bought this car new in 1986, it's non-running at this time, definitely a fuel issue, it will run briefly on starter fluid. I checked the fuses and the fuel pump relay and they seem to be fine, I believe the fuel pumps aren't getting power to them. The rockers are rusted through in areas and the bodies in overall fair condition, but the interior is in good overall condition.
